JW Cockett - butcher and baker of Hawes

I'll have to start a seperate page called "Butchers Called Cock" at this rate. A splendid example of local Cockettry in Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales. Captured during the Tordoff family holiday a few weeks ago. Look out for the hotel down the road called Cockett's as well - a littel in breeding or just local innovation in the provision of bread meat and hotels perhaps?
