A devoted cocking colleague in Stanway had replaced the original cast iron moulded sign with this laminated paper alternative - well done whoever did it, because it allowed me to capture this top class road sign called cock. And then a week or two later someone on Colchester council did the job properly and replaced one sider of it with a proper cast iron version.
